Before or after your acquisition, you have surely asked yourself the question: but how will I resell my virtual property?
There are two ways, the first one is to put your virtual property for sale on the Solaris Ark Property site or any other similar marketplace.
Owners will be able to list their apartments on the Solaris Ark Property site. Buyers will view your apartment on our real estate marketplace and purchase at the price agreed by the buyer and seller. In order to make this a properly managed marketplace Solaris Ark Property will get a 7% fee from the profit of your sale, e.g, if your apartment is listed at 200,000 Arkcoin (ARX) upon sale Solaris Ark Property will receive a fee of 14,000 Arkcoin (ARX) and the balance of 186,000 will go to the seller of the apartment.
The second way to sell your apartment is to negotiate face to face with the potential buyer and determine the amount of the transaction (it can be cash, cryptos…) Upon sale and receipt of funds
the apartment will be transferred to the new owner’s wallet.
When deciding your selling price, several factors should be considered
The prestige of the purchased address. Indeed, a virtual property located in the more exclusive part of Solaris Ark will have more value and will attract more buyers.
The beauty of owning apartments early on is that as the more the metaverse develops, the more valuable apartments become.
